If approved, a full refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations after 5 minutes or after the order is confirmed by the restaurant will not be eligible for a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>2. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>If your order is incorrect or incomplete, please contact our support team immediately.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds or credits will be provided on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the issue with the restaurant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>3. Late Delivery<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>We strive to ensure timely deliveries. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Refunds for delayed deliveries will be considered if the delay is excessive (more than 60 minutes beyond the estimated delivery time).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>4.
